Before I became a lawyer, I worked as a paralegal for over 25 years. After working for both plaintiff and defense firms, I learned that I wanted to work for people and not for big corporations or powerful insurance companies. I am honored to fight for those who have been injured, taking the time to really get to know my clients so I can tell their stories effectively and persuasively. My life has been greatly enriched by the relationships I have built with clients over the years, and it is tremendously fulfilling to be able to make a difference in their lives as they face difficult times.
I love learning and I’m constantly striving to sharpen my skills. I am a graduate of Trial Lawyers College, a nationally recognized legal education program. My work at Trial Lawyers College has taught me cutting edge litigation skills as well as the importance of authenticity, which helps me to better connect with clients, jurors, and others. I am actively involved in local work groups with other trial lawyers. In my free time I can usually be found with my nose in a book or whipping up a sweet treat in the kitchen. I host some pretty competitive game nights and I love spending time with my husband, our two grown kids, and my two pomeranians.
