Everett, WA (November 27, 2021) – On Friday, an 80-year-old man and woman perished in a two-vehicle collision in Everett, Washington.
The couple was in a sedan when they turned into the path of the SUV when they pulled out into West Mukilteo Boulevard.
According to the Everett Police, the road between Forest Park and Dogwood Drive was closed for several hours to investigate the accidents.
Early reports by traffic detectives suggest that drugs, speed, and alcohol are not the causes of the accident.
The SUV driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The road reopened shortly later that evening after the investigation.
