Meet Emily

I grew up in Arlington Washington on a 100-year-old out-of-commission dairy farm parents fell in love with. I now live in Stanwood, Washington with my family. My life has been full of both blessings and setbacks which have taught me to live each day with an open heart and mind. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, and I am always on the hunt for the next trail to hike, far-off destination to explore, or new sport to take on.

I am a seasoned litigator who brings a disciplined, trial-first approach to every case I handle. I began my legal career in property law and transitioned to personal injury litigation approximately ten years ago. Now I focus my practice on advocating for individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own.

I prepare every case as if it will be decided by a jury, and I, with our team, am ready to take cases to trial when it matters. That focus shapes every aspect of my work—from early case strategy through the ultimate presentation of the facts in the courtroom. My approach ensures that each case is built with clarity, purpose, and a strong foundation for effective advocacy.

I have been licensed to practice in Washington since 2013. I am also licensed to practice in the Western District of Washington and 9th circuit court of appeals in federal court.
