I’m a proven appellate attorney with a track record of success. Whether defending your hard-won jury verdict or fighting something gone wrong at the trial court, my role is to be your advocate beyond the trial court. In addition to appellate work, I also assist in litigating at the trial court to fight for your rights. Before being hired as the very first employee of Wells Trumbull, I served as an Administrative Law Judge for the state of Washington and worked as a solo appellate practitioner. My experiences as both an arbiter and advocate provide me with unique insights I use to help you.
When I’m not fighting for justice on behalf of my clients, I enjoy hiking, camping, seeing live music, and spending time with my wife and dog.

- Trial Court violated plaintiff’s due process rights by reducing a verdict for a negligent misrepresentation claim never pled or argued. Matthews v. Westford, 15 Wn. App. 2d 1043, 2020 WL 7212317 (2020)
