PAsco, WA (December 3, 2021)- On Friday morning, a multiple-vehicle accident in Pasco backed up traffic on U.S. 395.
No injuries were reported, the Washington State Patrol said.
There were three separate crashes involving nine vehicles.
Five vehicles, including four cars and one semi-truck, were involved in the first crash, followed by two other crashes in the backup from the original collision.
The semi-truck involved in the accident caused lane closure and backup.
The first crash happened on 395 in the area of Court St., north of the Blue Bridge.
The Washington State Department of Transportation was on scene helping with traffic control.
Drivers were advised to slow down and use alternate routes if possible as WSP handled the situation.
