Cle Elum, WA (June 1, 2022)- A semi rolled down an embankment on Interstate 90 near State Route 970 on Wednesday, Washington State Patrol said.
The crash occurred between Ellensburg and Cle Elum.
The vehicle was traveling westbound when it upturned and fell down a steep embankment on the highway, WSP said.
The truck was carrying 90,000 pounds of French fries at the time of the crash, reports said.
No one was injured in the rollover, troopers said.
The crash blocked westbound Interstate 90 intermittently between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 2 a.m. Thursday.
The roadway was later cleared after crews worked overnight to recover the vehicle.
