3 Semi-Trucks Crash Closing I-90

Snoqualmie Pass, WA (December 28, 2021)- The Washington State Patrol is investigating a significant crash involving semi-trucks which has shut down lanes of traffic on I-90 in Easton.

According to WSP Trooper John Bryant, one of the semis drove too fast for road conditions and hit three trucks that were in the process of chaining up.

One individual was brought to the hospital for minor injuries.

Transportation officials want to remind divers that when traction tires are explicitly required for traveling over the pass, it means both East and West traffic.

Snoqualmie Pass was reopened in the afternoon that same day.
