One Dead In Auburn Wrong-way Crash

Auburn, WA (November 10, 2021) – One person has died after suffering severe injuries from a wrong-way collision in Auburn.

The Tuesday night crash involved two vehicles on State Route 18 at SE 304th St.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Another two-car collision reportedly happened in the same place after drivers tried to avoid the first incident.

Either lane was shut down for hours to pave the way for crews working at the scene. They were later reopened late Tuesday night.

An investigation has commenced ascertaining the cause of the crash, investigators said.
