Stanwood Man Dies From Head-On Collision Injuries

Stanwood, WA (March 22, 2022)- On Monday, a man died in a hospital after crashing into a Ford F-150 on Highway 532, Washington State Patrol said.

The 39-year-old Stanwood man sustained severe injuries in the crash around 3:20 p.m. on Monday. 

The man later died in the evening, WSP said.

The man was driving east in his Volkswagen Jetta on Highway 532 at 64th Avenue. He then crossed into the highway’s westbound lane before crashing into a Ford F-150.

The Volkswagen driver was rushed to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, who later died.

The 43-year-old Ford driver of Stanwood was also taken to the hospital.
