Walla Walla County, WA (January 21, 2022)- On Friday morning, Stephen Gal, 66, of Tacoma, was rushed to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco after colliding with a semi-truck.
Gal collided with the truck on US-12 in Walla Walla County after he swerved to avoid debris on the road and then lost control of his vehicle, the Washington State Patrol said.
The two vehicles were traveling west on US-12 when the incident happened.
The accident blocked traffic on the road and caused delays Friday morning.
The truck driver was not injured in the crash, but Gal faces charges for improper lane usage, WSP said.
