Everett, WA (April 12, 2022)- A vehicle that ran the red light at 3rd SE caused a multiple car crash in Everett Tuesday afternoon.
Many people were injured in the crash with no life-threatening injuries. At the same time, a little child was ejected from one of the vehicles, Everett Police Public Information Officer Kerby Duncan said.
Everett Fire Department officials said that one of the vehicles caught fire, but it was quickly put out.
The collision initially blocked traffic at 112th Street between 7th SE and 3rd SE until the roadway was reopened in the evening.
The Everett Police Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the crash.
