I-5 Rollover Kills Kalama Man

Kalama, WA (May 7, 2022)- Washington State Patrol said that a Kalama man lost his life when his pickup truck rolled over in Cowlitz County Friday night.

Troopers responded to the crash on Interstate 5 near Milepost 31 just before midnight, WSP said.

The pickup truck had rolled over after it went off the highway to the left and hit a barrier.

Troopers met the driver deceased at the scene when they arrived and identified him as Dustin Pitner, 23, of Kalama.

The cause of the crash is being investigated.
