LYNWOOD, Wash., Aug. 16, 2022 — Several vehicles were involved in a multiple collision in Lynwood on Monday, the Washington State Department of Transportation said.
The crash occurred northbound Interstate 5 just north of Interstate 405 in Lynwood.
The multiple-vehicle collision initially blocked the left center lane and the left lane, but the collision has since cleared to the shoulder.
Traffic is flowing again, but there is still a significant backup there, WSDOT said.
Road users are advised to use alternate routes if possible.
