One Escapes Death In Fatal Tukwila Crash

Tukwila, WA (April 15, 2022)- One person escaped dead following a deadly head-on collision in Tukwila on Thursday morning.

The crash involved two vehicles, officials said. 

One of the drivers was able to escape death with minor injuries while the other one died in the crash.

The crash occurred at 5:54 a.m. in the 18500 block of West Valley Highway, south of South 180th Street.

Crews from Puget Sound Fire and Tukwila Fire as well as King County medics responded to the crash.

The crash blocked the highway and caused delays around the area.
