Troopers Investigate Snohomish County Multiple Vehicle Collision

Snohomish County, WA (Aug. 3, 2022)- Troopers are investigating a multiple vehicle collision in Snohomish County on Wednesday night, Washington State Patrol Trooper Jacob Kenneth said.

The multiple-vehicle collision involved three vehicles and a motorcycle.

The “fatality” collision “fully blocked” State Route 9 at Milepost 19, the scene of the crash.

“Our deepest condolences go out to those directly affected by this incident,” Kenneth said.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, Kenneth said, while estimating the ETA for reopening the roadway at about two hours.

Troopers were still on the scene investigating the collision at the time of filing this report.
