Milton, WA (February 16, 2022)- Troopers are currently looking for one of two drivers who hit and killed a man on Interstate 5 in Tacoma on Tuesday night.
The 25-year-old victim from Lakewood was standing on a northbound I-5 just north of Portland Avenue when the incident occurred at 9:55 p.m. on Tuesday.
One of the drivers stopped while the other escaped.
Troopers have yet to release details of the fleeing driver or their vehicle.
The accident partially blocked the freeway for two and a half hours.
