Two Trucks Crash In Benton County

Benton County, WA (March 31, 2022) – Two trucks crashed on State Route 14 near the border of Washington and Oregon on Thursday, Washington State Patrol Trooper Chris Thorson said.

The rollover involved a semi-truck and a trailer.

The trailer was carrying 38 cows at the time of the crash.

Four cows died in the crash.

No information about any injured cow or person was immediately available.

A tow truck was later called to the scene.

The crash blocked the highway, which is expected to be opened after about two and a half hours, Thorson said.
